Fix for battery draining problem on the iPhone / iPod touch

THE PROBLEM : You might have noticed that after upgrading your iphone or your ipod touch your battery has started to drain as fast as it can.

Before upgrading, your battery must be lasting for a whole day... but now it just works for 6-7 days.

SOLUTION : We found out the solution for this issue was to turn of the iPhone’s push mail setting.

To turn the push mail settings off follow these steps .

Step 1: Open Settings from the Home screen .

Step 2: Tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"

Step 3: Tap on "Fetch New Data"

Step 4: Turn the Push thing OFF

Step 5: Restart your iphone / ipod touch and the problem should be fixed.
